Melody 1 (play with keyboard set on a "strings" sound)


Melody 2 ("strings" sound)


For the first verse ("Stare each other down..."), rest for four measures and then
  play Melody 1. Then play Melody 2 twice for the interlude. If the keyboardist
  also plays the Guitar 2 part, do not play Melody 2.
For the second verse ("Is love really..."), rest for four measures and then play
  Melody 1. Then rest two measures for the chorus hook.

Melody 3 ("strings" sound)


Play Melody 3 one time during the chorus.

Melody 4 ("strings" sound)


For the third & fourth verses ("Your kisses are..."; "Well I could be..."), play
  Melody 4 once. Then rest two measures for the chorus hook.
Play Melody 3 one time during the chorus.

Melody 5 ("strings" sound)


Play Melody 5 once for the bridge ("We twist and turn...")

Melody 6 ("harmonica" sound)


Play Melody 6 once for the keyboard solo. During the last rests, quickly run back
  and over the keys (down the scale, up, down again) to create the "slide" effect.
Rest eight measures for the chorus. Then play Melody 3 once for the next chorus.
Rest the remainder of the song.
